Custom Fabrications
Our ebike shop is adjacent to a metal shop where we can fabricate custom parts as well as weld steel and aluminum. Below are a few examples of work we did for customers:
Our in-frame battery and controller harness and heat sink for Surly Pugsley allows to mount Crystalyte 12FET controller and 50V 10Ah LiPO battery inside a frame triangle. Heat sink prevents overheating of controller and battery enclosed in a fabric bag.
This beautiful Electra Daisy bike was chosen by a customer to be converted to electric. Equipped with only coaster brakes, and no mounts for disk or rim brakes, it would've been an unsafe conversion to ride. We welded front disk brake mount on a front fork then repainted it preserving the original color pattern.
