Cruise control

Must not be used without ebrakes! While cruise control is enabled, pressing ebrake lever is the only quick way to deactivate cruise control.

Cruise control unit is wired for Crystalyte controllers. Will work with many other controllers (likely requires rewiring). Once cruise control is activated, it holds a throttle signal at a constant level, same effect as if a throttle is locked in a constant position. + and - buttons allow increasing and decreasing locked throttle signal at reasonable increments.
